Specialties
Every doctor gets forms made for their specialty.
OctoMediCare is multispecialty clinic management software: a dentist opens a tooth chart, an ophthalmologist opens visual acuity and refraction, a GP opens SOAP notes, across 11 specialty templates. Registration, pharmacy and billing stay the same for everyone.
- 11 specialty templates, shown by the doctor's specialty
- One patient history shared across specialties
- Shared lab, pharmacy, billing and insurance

Why one system
Many specialties, one patient file.
Running specialties on separate systems means the same patient is registered several times, allergies are written in several places and the family receives several invoices.
With multispecialty clinic management software, specialty forms change while the rest stays shared: Civil ID registration, the visit QR code, the medical history, the lab, the pharmacy and the payment desk.
Managers see activity and revenue by specialty and by doctor, and decide where to add rooms or hours. We'll show it with your specialties in the demo.
- One history with allergies and chronic medication
- Each specialty keeps its own clinical forms
- Reporting by specialty, doctor and branch

Frequently asked questions
Can one doctor work in two specialties?
Clinical forms follow the doctor's registered specialty. If your doctors cover more than one field, tell us in the demo and we'll show how to set it up.
Our specialty is not listed. Can we still use OctoMediCare?
Every doctor can use the standard SOAP notes, history, prescriptions and orders. Bring your forms to the demo and we'll discuss what your specialty needs.
Is a specialty clinic too small for multispecialty software?
No. A single-specialty clinic uses only its own forms and the modules it needs, and can add specialties later on the same platform.
