Multi-branch management

Every branch, one view, without losing local control.

OctoMediCare makes multi-branch clinic management practical: owners run every clinic from one multi-clinic console, while each clinic keeps its own data, ledger, logo and brand.

  • Multi-clinic console for the whole group
  • Each clinic with its own data, books and brand
  • Branch-wise reporting and comparison
  • Roles with fine-grained permissions

The problem

Each new branch adds another island of information.

Opening a second or third clinic in another area of Kuwait is a growth milestone. Running them on separate systems, or none, makes the group harder to manage.

  • Figures arrive late and in different formats

Each branch manager sends numbers by WhatsApp or spreadsheet, and the owner stitches them together.

  • No fair comparison

Without the same reports for every branch, it is hard to tell which location is busy, slow or overstaffed.

  • Too much access, or too little

Staff either see every branch's data or cannot reach the records they need when they cover another site.

  • Setup repeated per branch

Departments, roles and price lists are rebuilt from scratch every time a new branch opens.

How it works

A central console above branches that run day to day.

Head office sets up branches and departments once. Each branch runs its reception, clinics, pharmacy and billing in OctoMediCare, and its activity rolls up to the central administration console.

The console shows key figures such as patients, appointments and revenue, by branch and for the group, so owners spot problems the same day.

  • Branches and departments set up centrally
  • Patients, appointments and revenue by branch
  • Branch-level stock and branch-level P&L
  • Cloud access from a web browser at every site

What you get

Multi-branch clinic management, built in from the start.

  • Central management

Manage all branches from one platform, instead of separate systems per site.

  • Branch-wise reporting

The same reports for every branch, so performance can be compared fairly.

  • Separate data and ledgers

Each clinic keeps its own data and its own general ledger, with access opened only where you decide.

  • Each clinic's own brand

Upload a logo per clinic and show your brand, with a small "Powered by OctoMediCare" line.

  • Fine-grained permissions

Roles and detailed permissions mean doctors, nurses, cashiers and accountants see only what their job needs.

  • Branch-level stock

Pharmacy and inventory stock held per branch, with transfers between branches.

Multi-clinic console

Several clinic brands, one system behind them.

Groups that run clinics under different names can set each one up from the multi-clinic console: create the clinic, upload its logo and set its policies. Each clinic has its own data, ledger and brand.

The system is white-label. Patients and staff see your clinic's brand on top, with "Powered by OctoMediCare" underneath, and each clinic can send email from its own SMTP settings, so messages come from your address.

  • Create clinics and set policies centrally
  • Separate data and general ledger per clinic
  • Your logo and brand, powered by OctoMediCare
  • Email sent through each clinic's own SMTP

Why it matters

Grow to the next branch without multiplying the work.

When every branch runs on the same platform, a new location joins the group's existing system, and its results appear next to the others in the same reports.

Owners and investors get a group view they can trust, while branch managers keep the detail they need to run their own site.

  • One set of reports across the group
  • New branches added to the same platform
  • Clear control over who sees which branch
  • Branch-level profit and loss

Frequently asked questions

Can each branch only see its own patients and figures?

Yes, if that is how you set it up. Data is separated between branches and role-based access controls which branches each person can work in.

Can the owner compare branches side by side?

Yes. Branch-wise reporting and the central console show patients, appointments and revenue for each branch and for the whole group, filtered by today, this week, this month or all time.

Do branches need their own servers?

No. OctoMediCare is used from a web browser in the cloud. On-premise and containerized deployment options are also available if your group prefers them.

Can each clinic in our group keep its own brand and accounts?

Yes. Each clinic has its own data, general ledger, logo and brand, and can send email through its own SMTP settings. Screens show your brand with "Powered by OctoMediCare".

How hard is it to add a new branch later?

New branches are set up from central administration, with their own departments and staff roles. We will show the steps in the demo.
