Reporting & analytics
Today's numbers, today. Not at the end of the month.
OctoMediCare's healthcare reporting and analytics come from the same records your team creates at reception, in the clinic, at the lab and at the payment desk, so the dashboards reflect what really happened.
- Clinical, operational and financial dashboards
- Branch comparison across your group
- Filters for today, this week, this month and all time
- Built from live records, not manual exports

The problem
Decisions made on last month's spreadsheet.
In many clinics, reports are put together by hand from several systems. By the time they are ready, the moment to act has passed.
-
Numbers from different sources
Reception, the lab, the pharmacy and finance each count differently, so the totals never quite agree.
-
Reports take days
Someone spends the start of every month copying figures into a spreadsheet for the owner.
-
No view by branch
Group totals hide which location is growing and which one needs attention.
-
Clinical and financial views kept apart
Directors see revenue without patient volumes, or volumes without the money behind them.
How it works
Dashboards that fill themselves as the day goes on.
Every registration, consultation, order, dispensing and payment in OctoMediCare is recorded in one platform. Dashboards read from those records, so there is nothing to export or retype.
Choose a time filter (today, this week, this month or all time) and a branch, or compare branches side by side.
- Patients, appointments and revenue at a glance
- Lab, pharmacy and finance reporting
- Financial statements and trial balance
- Branch-level profit and loss

Why it matters
Act on what is happening, while it is still happening.
When reports come from the same records as daily work, owners and directors stop debating whose numbers are right and start deciding what to do.
A quiet morning at one branch, a backlog of unpaid bills or a jump in lab orders shows up the same day, not weeks later.
- One set of numbers for the whole team
- Same-day view of each branch
- Clinical and financial data side by side
- Less time spent building reports by hand

Every owner tracks different measures. Bring the reports you rely on today to the demo, and we will show where each figure appears in OctoMediCare.
Frequently asked questions
What does healthcare reporting and analytics cover in OctoMediCare?
Dashboards cover clinical, operational and financial data, including patients, appointments and revenue, with departmental reporting for the lab, pharmacy and finance.
Can I see results for one branch or the whole group?
Both. You can view a single branch, the full group or compare branches side by side, depending on your access role.
Do I need a separate business intelligence tool?
The built-in dashboards and reports cover day-to-day management. If you already use other tools, raise it in the demo and we will discuss your options.
Can a branch manager see only their own branch's dashboards?
Yes. Access is role-based, so a branch manager can be limited to their own site while owners and head office see every branch and the group totals. We will set up both views for you in the demo.
Are the figures in Kuwaiti dinar?
Yes. KWD is the base currency for billing and financial reporting.
