Nothing on this website is medical advice, and the website is not intended for patients seeking care. OctoMediCare is software that helps healthcare organizations run their operations. Diagnosis, treatment and every other clinical decision remain the responsibility of the licensed clinicians and the healthcare organization.

3. AI-assisted features

Where OctoMediCare offers AI-assisted features, such as highlighting abnormal vital signs or ordering a triage queue, they are decision support under clinician supervision. They do not diagnose, decide treatment or replace the judgement of nurses and doctors.

4. Illustrative screens and sample data

Interface images on this website are illustrations. Names, numbers and amounts in them are fictional sample data and do not represent real patients, staff, clinics or results. Actual screens can differ.

5. Regulation, licensing and local rules

Each healthcare organization is responsible for its own licences and regulatory obligations. For example, selling medicines online depends on the facility's own licensing, and default settings such as Kuwait leave policies should be reviewed by each organization against the rules that apply to it. Unless stated in your agreement, OctoMediCare is not connected to any government system.

6. No promised results

Descriptions of benefits, such as fewer phone calls or faster month-end closing, describe what the software is designed to support. Results depend on how each organization sets up and uses the system.

OctoMediCare and its logo belong to Octonics Innovations. Other names mentioned on this website, such as KNET, Apple and iOS, WhatsApp and Google, belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership.
